The staff was so friendly and good to talk to. The hotel was awesome. The location was great. 5min from the Bahnhof from where we arrived and also from the place where we could get a bus to Europapark. We will definitely stay here every time we come. The view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the sunset behind the mountains, from our room. Special thanks to the bartender [I feel bad that I forgot the name]. He is excellent, so friendly to talk to and has a great sense of humor :D.

Az egész épületegyüttes igényes és esztétikus. A tisztaság kifogástalan, a szoba pedig attól függetlenül, hogy a földszinten, a parkoló és az étterem irányába nézett az ablaka, nagyon csendes és nyugodt. A szobában ásványvíz van bekészítve a vendégek számára. A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges, amit az asztalnál szolgálnak fel.
