Trendy, clean, everything is brand new. Delicious breakfast upstarts if you want to add it to your stay. Staff is very friendly ( despite me arriving tired and cranky, pardon for that ). Price is very reasonable for the quality of accommodation considering it is Paris. Highly recommend.

Wonderful appartment - exactly as shown on the pictures, in the heart of Paris! Fully accommodated and beautifully decorated! The beds were great - even the one of the convertible couch. The building had the cutest little lift - so perfect for moving your luggage. Despite the fact that the appartment is located in a busy area, it is very quiet and soundproof. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and shops so you’ll have everything you need at hand. The Louvre, Samaritaine, Galeries Vivienne, Palais Royal, …) are all at walking distance. Public transport is also nearby (metro station Les Halles just across the road).

    I had a pleasant short stay, the flat is quite lovely. The check-in instructions were shared beforehand, it was detailed and clear, we did a self check-in at 10pm without any issues. The host is very responsive via many channels. The apartment is clean, warm, the towels were provided, we also found some bags with shampoo and gel but we didn't use it as had our own. The deposit was communicated straight away and returned a few days after the check-out. I would return as it flat is located right next to my office.

    Location is excellent! It looks onto a courtyard and it's very quiet despite being in a buzzing area. There are a lot of really cool bars and restaurants around but it's also well connected to the rest of the city. We didn't use the kitchen much as it was a short stay but it has a good coffee machine. The bed is very comfortable guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The bathroom has two sinks which can be handy if you are sharing the flat with a few people. It's a typical Parisian apartment (in a good way).

    The location is super nice and the apartment complex was quiet and calm. The studio is fine for two persons and has everything you need for a short stay.

    Nice modern apartment, very European vibe. There's a nice view and a small balcony. The bathroom is very stylish, the water pressure is good. The flat is warm and cozy. I really liked the stay and Paris and the flat really added to the experience!

    Spacious flat in an excellent location. Unlike many anonymous rental properties, the apartment was someone's home with a distinct personality. The balcony would have been an obvious plus were we not there in a wet January. The quirky decor was fascinating.

    It’s my third time in Paris, and usually traveling on a budget, so I was very happy to find this cosy little apartment. The place was spotless as you would expect and the location is great. The bathroom is outside the flat, but it didn’t bother me at all, i think it’s as good value for the money as it gets in Paris. Bogi did a great job with the interior, made the most out of a tiny space, she replied quickly and gave me some great local tips for my short stay. I already booked the place for my next trip in March. Thank you Bogi!

    This high review is NOT for this apartment but for the great setvice of the agency Prestige Studio. Unfortunately the loft needed emergency maintenance during our first night and we were picked up and relocated by the letting agency Prestige Studio. The new apartment was incredible and the follow-up we received was perfect. We were traveling as a family and were immediately taken care of. We will definitely be using an apartment from Prestige during our next stay in Paris. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
