Property was pretty good, we were staying only one night for a layover and staying close to Alexandria airport. My daughter was sick from the road and had fever and hotel had even a doctor who made a check up. Amazing service, I liked everything about the hotel

I would like to thank Sarah for the great upgrade offered to the rooms and the great welcome, hospitality. she ensured that we received the room prior to the normal check in and followed up after that to ensure we are fine and for anything needed. we are truly thankful for her and Hilton team and have enjoyed our holiday in Alexandria. will come back for sure in future. breakfast is amazing. free shuttle to the beach at the guests convenience.

The whole experience was Fantastic, the Duty Manager Mr Mohaib, checked us in himself when he saw the Desk Staff were busy, when we asked for Special Dietary requirements we were introduced to the Food and Beverage Manager who took over and made sure we got our requirements on time and to perfection. Housekeeping was too good, 5 🌟 to Walid, for keeping the room clean and fresh every day. The waiters and waitresses at the the restaurants were very courteous and helpful. I for the first time in my life have nothing to complain about my stay at a hotel, HILTON GREEN PLAZA ALEXANDRIA...WOW❤️❤️❤️
